GAMERS EMPIRE TZ is an online marketplace selling digital games and game files (PC games, Android games, mods and simulators) for delivery by download. References to “we”, “us” and “the Store” mean GAMERS EMPIRE TZ; references to “you” mean the person purchasing or using the Store.

You may buy as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud, resale of our files without authorisation, or abuse of support staff.

All prices are displayed in Tanzanian shillings (TZS) and include the taxes we are required to charge. Payment is initiated by a push request to your mobile-money number (M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Mixx by Yas, HaloPesa or any method we add later).

You approve the payment with your own PIN or OTP on your own handset. The Store never asks for, and must never receive, your mobile-money PIN or OTP. An order is only treated as paid once the payment provider confirms the transaction to us.

Once an order is marked paid you receive a secure download link. Links are personal, expire after 30 days and allow up to 25 downloads unless we agree otherwise. You may keep a reasonable number of copies for your own private use.

We do not distribute the Store's files through any other channel. Downloading a file does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property in it.

Digital goods are non-refundable once downloaded, except where the file is corrupt, incomplete, missing or materially different from its listing, or where the law requires a refund. If your payment was confirmed but your download never unlocked, we will unlock it or refund you in full.

You must not:

• share, resell, seed or publish your download links;
• attempt to bypass payment, download limits or access controls;
• upload or request malware, cheats that harm other players, or infringing content;
• scrape, overload or disrupt the Store, or probe it for vulnerabilities;
• impersonate us or our support staff in relation to an order.

We aim to keep the Store available and every paid download reachable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages or force majeure may cause temporary interruptions. Your purchased games remain available to you and support will restore access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for losses caused by your device or network, or for content published by third parties.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
