Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to sell you a game and deliver it:

• Account data — name, e-mail address, phone number and password (stored only as a salted hash).
• Order data — game, quantity, amount, the mobile-money number used, payment status, transaction ID and timestamps.
• Technical data — IP address and request logs used for fraud prevention and rate limiting.
• Download activity — which links were issued, when they expire and how many times they were used.

Your mobile-money PIN and OTP are entered only on your own handset and go directly to your mobile-money provider. We never request, receive or store them. Card details are not used by the Store at all.

• to process orders, confirm payments and unlock downloads;
• to send transactional e-mails (welcome, payment confirmed, password reset);
• to provide support when you contact us with an order or transaction ID;
• to detect fraud, abuse and duplicate payment attempts;
• to improve the Store using aggregated, non-identifying statistics.

To start a payment we share your phone number, the amount and an order reference with the payment gateway (and, through it, with your mobile-money network). We receive the confirmation, the transaction ID and the result — nothing else about your mobile-money account.

We use a single, essential session cookie (ge_session) to keep you signed in. It is http-only, so scripts on the page cannot read it. Preferences such as the light/dark theme and your guest purchases are stored in your browser's local storage on that device.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the payment provider processing your transaction, the e-mail delivery service sending your receipts, and where the law requires it. Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, fraud prevention and support — typically several years — while account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Passwords are hashed with scrypt, sessions are signed and expire, payment secrets live only in server-side environment variables, game files are stored in private storage behind a payment-checked download endpoint, and download links are signed, expiring and revocable. No system is perfect, but we design every part of this store on the assumption that it will be attacked.

You can view and update your name and phone number any time on your profile page, change your password, and request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting gamerempiretz@gmail.com. We respond within the period required by applicable law.

We may update this policy; the version published here at 2026 applies. Continued use of the Store after a change means you accept the updated policy.
